Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at TADEAI operated by Moreno Fardin.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
We have a 14-day return policy which means that it is possible to return the items within 14 days of purchase. We ask you to inform us if you want to make a return and send me the tracking code of your return shipment also with your order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that we will do our best to process the refund as soon as possible, but the duration depends on the financial service provider.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs to return your item.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Package returned due to non-collection
In the event that the package is returned to us by the courier due to non-collection, attributable to the recipient, we will refund the purchase amount minus all shipping costs (round-trip shipping costs) incurred by us in sending and receiving the package in question.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In any case, it will be the customer's responsibility to demonstrate with photos or videos (both of the package and of the product) that the object was damaged during transport, so we can evaluate the problem and fix it, refunding the cost or sending you another fish.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
