Shipping policy


  • Orders are processed the day after, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once the order is completed you will receive an email with a confirmation message and your tracking number so you can check the shipping status at the courier’s website. If you don’t receive it, please check your Spam inbox.
  • We ship from Barcelona, Spain.
  • we usually ship to European Union with UPS Standard, outside EU with UPS Express Saver and inside Spain with UPS or Correos.
  • Shipping costs are calculated by volumetric weight and added to your order total.
  • Also, shipping costs can be seen in advance on the Cart Page, without having to enter any personal data.
  • In case your country does not appear in the list of states we usually ship to, please send us an e-mail listing the fish catalog number you want, your country and your postal code. As soon as possible, we will send you a quotation of the shipping costs.

  • We offer ALL-INCLUSIVE (DDP-delivery duty paid) shipping exclusively to the USA. For all other international destinations, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient (DDU-delivery duty unpaid).
